Information only — no online checkout

These websites provide information about Soho Global Trading products and services. They do not provide an online checkout or accept card payments. Product availability, pricing, collection, delivery and any resulting sale are discussed and confirmed separately with us.

Sending a website enquiry, completing a wholesale form or opening a WhatsApp draft does not by itself create a contract or guarantee that an order will be accepted. See Customer Information for how enquiries and sales work in practice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use these websites lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data or accounts.
  • Introduce malware, scrape content at scale, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Use the websites to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material.
  • Misrepresent your age, identity or authority when enquiring about alcohol or regulated products.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Alcohol-related content

Alcohol product information is intended for people aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom. An age gate asks you to confirm you are 18 or over before viewing alcohol pages; it is not a substitute for age verification at the point of sale, collection or delivery. Age identification may be required before an order is accepted and when alcohol is handed over.

Please drink responsibly. See our Responsible Drinking page for more information.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep product descriptions, menus, prices and availability accurate, but website content is indicative unless we confirm details directly with you. Photography may illustrate a range rather than the exact item offered. We may update or withdraw content at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, we (or our licensors) own the copyright, trade marks and other rights in the websites and their content. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You must not copy, modify, distribute or exploit content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Third-party links and services

Our websites may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Privacy and cookies

Our use of personal information and cookies is explained in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.

Disclaimer and liability

These websites are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and conditions implied by statute or otherwise regarding the websites.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the paragraph above, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, or for loss of profit, data or business opportunity arising from your use of (or inability to use) the websites. Our total liability arising from or in connection with your use of the websites shall be limited to £100, except where a higher limit is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where applicable consumer laws allow.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and update date will remain on this page. Continued use of the websites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
