How sales work on this website

This website does not provide an online checkout or accept card payments. Product availability, pricing, collection, delivery and any resulting sale are discussed and confirmed separately by SOHO GLOBAL TRADING LTD, trading as Soho Global Trading.

Submitting a website form, opening a WhatsApp draft or sending an initial message does not create an order, guarantee stock or confirm a booking. Soho Global Trading Ltd will confirm the product or session, final price, payment arrangements and any collection or delivery terms directly.

Alcohol wholesale enquiries may be submitted through the website form. Matcha and mahjong pages prepare a WhatsApp message only after you choose to continue; nothing is sent until you send that message in WhatsApp.

We do not use website enquiries for marketing. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a promotional mailing list.

Alcohol products

Alcohol is available only to people aged 18 or over. Age identification may be required before an order is accepted and when alcohol is collected or delivered. An order may be refused or cancelled where age cannot be satisfactorily verified. Please enjoy alcohol responsibly — see our Responsible Drinking page.

The website age gate asks you to confirm you are 18 or over before viewing alcohol pages. It is not full age verification and does not replace checks at the point of sale, collection or delivery.

Availability, prices and tax

Catalogue prices are indicative unless Soho Global Trading Ltd confirms them in writing. Stock, VAT treatment, delivery charges and the total payable are confirmed before an order is accepted. VAT registration number: GB 459 3921 56.

Fine wine and Port

For vintage-dependent or high-value bottles, we will confirm the producer, expression, vintage, bottle size, condition, provenance, stock status and price basis. Product photography may illustrate the producer or range rather than the exact bottle offered.

Delivery, collection and returns

Available fulfilment methods, timescales and charges depend on the product and destination and will be agreed in writing. Any collection or delivery is arranged separately with Soho Global Trading Ltd and remains subject to its applicable premises-licence conditions and age-verification procedures.

Cancellation and return rights depend on how the sale is concluded, the product and its condition. Your statutory rights are not affected; contact us promptly if a supplied item is damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Matcha menu and allergens

Menu items, sizes, prices and seasonal availability can change. Ask us for the current menu before making a special journey.

Tell staff about allergies or intolerances before ordering. Drinks may contain or be prepared with milk, plant-based alternatives and other ingredients, and are made in a shared preparation area where cross-contact is possible. We will provide current ingredient and allergen information for the specific drink on request.

Mahjong sets and sessions

Set images are illustrative. We will confirm the set contents, material, finish, dimensions, availability, final price and fulfilment arrangements before a purchase is accepted.

A table or session is not reserved until we confirm the date, time, group size, format, price and any cancellation terms directly. Tell us about access requirements when enquiring so the available arrangement can be discussed.
