It is an offence to purchase alcohol if you are under 18 in the United Kingdom. Alcohol products shown on Soho Global Trading websites are intended for adults aged 18 or over.

Alcohol is available only to people aged 18 or over. Age identification may be required before an order is accepted and when alcohol is collected or delivered. An order may be refused or cancelled where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Website age gate

Before viewing alcohol-related pages, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or over. The age gate stores a simple confirmation in your browser’s local storage and in a cookie named soho_age_ok. We do not ask for your date of birth through the age gate.

The age gate is not full age verification. It helps prevent casual access to alcohol marketing content online, but it does not replace checks at the point of sale, collection or delivery. Soho Global Trading Ltd may require valid proof of age before completing a sale or handover.

Drink responsibly

Any collection or delivery is arranged separately with Soho Global Trading Ltd and remains subject to its applicable premises-licence conditions and age-verification procedures. Alcohol will not be supplied to anyone who appears under 18 or who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age where required.
