Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Soho Global Trading Ltd operates the Soho Global Trading websites. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably practicable, and we continue to improve accessibility as we update the sites.

We do not claim full WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance across every page and feature. Some areas may not yet meet every success criterion. We describe known issues honestly below and welcome feedback so we can prioritise improvements.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure, headings and landmarks on key pages.
• Skip links to main content on policy and family-site pages.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, buttons and form controls on core enquiry paths.
• Text alternatives for key brand imagery where appropriate.
• Visible focus styles and sufficient colour contrast on primary text and controls in most layouts.
• Responsive layouts intended to work on common phone, tablet and desktop screen sizes.
• Consent and age prompts designed to be operable by keyboard and screen-reader users where supported by the browser.

Known limitations

We are working to address the following areas:

• Some product imagery and promotional graphics may lack detailed alternative text where photography is decorative or illustrative only.
• Third-party embeds, including Google Maps when enabled, are controlled by external providers and may not fully meet our accessibility targets.
• Some interactive catalogue or dialog components on alcohol pages may be complex for assistive technology users.
• Chinese-language content relies on browser and system font support; not every glyph combination has been tested with all assistive technologies.
• PDF or document downloads, if offered separately, may not always be fully accessible unless stated otherwise.
